Editorial Degrees of Intervention

Fourteenth annual conference of the European Society for Textual Scholarship (ESTS).

Registration deadline: 31 October 2017

The conference theme is “Editorial degrees of intervention”. Editing a text is a way of making it our own, of bringing it to our time and our cultural context regardless of the language and the time of production. This explains why each period needs their own editions. Probably, editors will not be neutral when facing the texts they are working
