The Society’s bylaws contain the rules and regulations within which the ESTS operates, including information on the way its Members, Board, and Officers are composed and what their rights and duties are, as well as on the Society’s annual conference, and its journal Variants. 

The current revised version of the Bylaws was approved by the ESTS Board on 28 April 2025 and ratified by the ESTS Membership during the 2025 General Members’ Meeting, which took place in Tours, on 29 April 2025.
